ABOUT WEST COTTAGE
The stunning West Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms -one king and one twin – fitted with sumptuous iron beds, carefully considered mattresses and fine cotton bedlinen throughout. The property boasts a spacious sitting room with gorgeous wood-burning stove (wood provided) for cosy winter’s nights by the fireplace whilst looking out at your very own sea view. A smart TV is installed and books, puzzles and board games are provided.
A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay with us. Beautiful modern bathroom with power shower alongside a bath tub and the finest cotton bath towels. Fast fibre wifi throughout to enable you to have access to your favoured devices. Ample parking throughout the property. The cottage has a large garden area for your personal use and direct access to your own parking area.

Things to know
Our cottages are let for minimum of seven nights, from Friday to Friday although every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred dates if different. Requests should be made to our agent who will confirm availability on reservations@langnesslighthouse.com
Both cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask our guests to vacate no later than 10am on the day of departure to ensure thorough housekeeping between occupancies.
On booking we take a £250 deposit for accommodation. Bookings for the TT Races and MPG Fortnights will require a 50% deposit. Full settlement for your stay must be made six weeks before your date of arrival at the latest.
Should you wish to amend the dates of your booking please email reservations@langnesslighthouse.com. If a cancellation is requested within six weeks of your arrival, we will endeavour to re-let the cottages however we strongly recommend you have appropriate travel insurance in place to cover the cost.
We have excellent fibre optic WIFI throughout both our cottages.
